Great book. It's written in a friendly, easy-to-read style, but is packed with the kind of practical, reassuring, and helpful information a pregnant woman craves.I thought I'd read all there was to read in the various pregnancy books, but this latest edition with writer Paula Ford-Martin has a wealth of new information, and there are many informative tidbits throughout that add to its usefulness.
I really found the month by month format particularly helpful and easy to follow.
I highly recommend this book, good gift for a newly pregnant friend or family member. (There's also some great info for the father-to-be!)
