As a 10 year PCOS sufferer, I am always looking for information on the syndrome. I was pleasantly surprised to find a ton of information that was unbiased with plenty of insight to the emotional toll of PCOS. Some of the information I already was aware of, however there was plenty of new stuff that was new to me, and to make the book worth the buy.
