I thoroughly enjoyed this book. This is my second preganacy; my daughter is 11 years old. Therefore, it's been a while since I have been pregnant. Believe it or not, a lot has changed since 1994. This book is a Godsend. Kimberly really speaks to the Sistahs. Her personal experiences and those of other women including celebrities make you feel like you have a support group. The book covers a lot of topics; however, I did not see anything about birth control after the pregnancy.She does remind us that every pregnancy is different. I have learned that already; I know that I was not this nauseous with my daughter. She talks about relationships with girlfriends and significant others. I highly recommend that every Sistah have this book.
