How To Be A Pregnant Father Review
At one point in the narrative the author recommends that you read some of your wife's pregnancy books to get an idea what's going on. That is the best advice this book has to offer. Read another book.I found most of what was advised here to be dated and not all that useful given the changing roles in modern America. Most men do not need to read hints on how to make canned soup and the recipe for "Tuna Chowder" made my wife's stomach churn when I read it out loud. The entire chapter on what to do while in the waiting room seems superfluous in contemporary society where the husband accompanies his wife during the delivery.
There are some good words of wisdom peppered through the 1950s mentality though. Let your wife know you love her and that she's attractive. Get involved with the process right from the start and... and.....
