I have been struggling with fertility problems for a little over a year. Started taking several medications to try to conceive, was going for acupuncture and doing yoga all the time and it didnt seem to work.I was about to undergo IVF when I decided to try one last option. I decided to visit a hypnotherapist to help me work with my subconscience and try to help me use my mind to take control of my fertility. She recommended that I buy this book to help me understand a little more how my mind could effect my body's ability to conceive. I read the book in a day, I couldn't put it down. I realized right away that without even knowing it, I was standing in the way of us getting pregnant because my mind and thoughts were blocking conception. To make a long story short I got the book June 2nd and found out I was pregnant June 17th. This book helped me so much. I do have to say though, you have to have an open mind to reap the benefits of its message. I recommend this book to anyone who has been stuggling with infertility.
